Our in-house Client Advocates are available Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 pm EST to help answer any questions employees or administrators may have.

With 50 plus years in the benefits industry between them, rest assured that your questions will be answered promptly and knowledgeably. Employees are encouraged to call our offices for any benefit related questions including; claims and billiing issues, formal appeals assistance, network availability, individual insurance needs, Medicare questions, or any other benefits question they may have.

Our staff is viewed as an extension of the HR Department, and are there to help with all HR,compliance, and benefits needs for employees and employers alike.
