Our in-house customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00p.m.EST to help answer any questions employees or administrators may have. With 20+ years in the benefits industry between them, rest assured that your questions will be answered promptly and knowledgeably. Employees are encouraged to call our offices for any benefit related questions including; Claims and billing issues, checking on network availability, looking for individual insurance for a recent graduate, Medicare Part D questions, 401K options or any other benefits question they may have.
We not only strive to be an extension of the HR Department, but we are there to help with all HR and Benefits needs for employees and employers alike.
