Kaminsky & Associates, Inc has teamed with FormFire/Quick-n-Roll to help ease employer’s annual hassle of collecting multiple carriers’ paper enrollment forms from each employee, to accurately complete a market analysis at renewal. Unfortunately, as most employer groups have experienced, obtaining “final”, “underwritten” rates from an insurance carrier is nearly impossible without accurate medical history. Over the years, Medical History forms have become the ‘necessary evil’ for nearly all size employer groups. The FormFire/Quick-n-Roll online enrollment system, not only allows Employees and Employers to submit information and apply for medical, dental, vision and voluntary coverage online, but it provides our team of Benefit Advisors with more accurate and complete data which allows for more competitive and accurate rating options.
