An easy to use online tool that includes Daily News & Information Services, Legislative Guides with up-to-date information about COBRA, Flex/125, FMLA, HIPAA, HIPAA Privacy, and USERRA, and a Links Library which provides a collection of professionally-screened resource links relating to health and welfare and general HR functions, management and employment issues, diseases and conditions, work/life, safety, and wellness. HRinsiderSM concentrates all benefit related materials into one online site, making it easy for HR and Benefit Managers to access the information they need quickly.
	Expresslink Quick-N-Roll (Form Fire) Kaminsky & Associates, Inc has teamed with FormFire/Quick-n-Roll to help ease employer’s annual hassle of collecting multiple carriers’ paper enrollment forms from each employee, to accurately complete a market analysis at renewal. Unfortunately, as most employer groups have experienced, obtaining “final”, “underwritten” rates from an insurance carrier is nearly impossible without accurate medical history. Over the years, Medical History forms have become the ‘necessary evil’ for nearly all size employer groups. The FormFire/Quick-n-Roll online enrollment system, not only allows Employees and Employers to submit information and apply for medical, dental, vision and voluntary coverage online, but it provides our team of Benefit Advisors with more accurate and complete data which allows for more competitive and accurate rating options.
	Employee Benefit Center (EBC) An Employee Benefit Center (EBC) is an online employee benefits site, customized to hold the materials you feel are appropriate. Most EBCs contain all “new hire” paperwork including I9s, Insurance Enrollment Papers, the Employee Handbook, Union Documents, and much more. Appropriate documents for each line of coverage can be added to your online benefit center, allowing employees to conveniently access their benefit information 24/7.  The technology behind an EBC simplifies many time-consuming tasks for HR staffs, improves employee communications, and saves time, money, and energy!
	Employee Benefit Statements - Fringe Facts Kaminsky & Associates, Inc can provide your employees with detailed employee benefit compensation statements. These statements are designed to show your employees what the true value is behind their medical, dental, vision, life, or disability benefits. When combined with their annual salary, paid time off, 401(k) match, etc., employees are able to view what their actual compensation is from the company. These statements can be run yearly to demonstrate the full spectrum of the employee benefit package.
	BenefitsCONNECTSM A web-based employee benefits enrollment and management system, which can reduce administrative time and costs. BenefitsCONNECTSM elliminates the need for paper enrollment and endless forms by allowing employees to perform online enrollment and HR managers the ability to access all data online, from any location. Improving information sharing among employees, employers, and insurance providers, it enables efficient data sharing and transferring of benefits information to any third party who can accept electronic files. One stop, enrollment and administration all in one tool. Charges include initial set-up, initial data entry, direct carrier connection, and monitoring fee for first year.
